Account Eligibility

Deposits & Payments
olympus88 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.1 — Accepted payment methods
The Platform may accept deposits via FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and selected cryptocurrency assets (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 — Minimum deposit
The standard minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotional offer states a different minimum. Deposits below the applicable threshold will not be processed.
5.3 — Funding source
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. olympus88 reserves the right to request evidence of the funding source at any time.
5.4 — Cryptocurrency deposits
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at time of crediting. Network transaction fees are borne by the User. olympus88 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain confirmation requirements. The minimum equivalent for crypto deposits is MYR 30.
5.5 — No money laundering
The Platform strictly prohibits the use of olympus88 accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. olympus88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the Platform's anti-fraud procedures.

Bonus Terms
All promotional bonuses and incentives offered by olympus88 are subject to specific conditions. The general bonus terms below apply unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise.
- One bonus per household: Unless explicitly permitted, one welcome bonus per household, IP address and device applies.

User Conduct

Disputes & Complaints
olympus88 aims to resolve User complaints fairly and promptly. The following procedure applies to all formal disputes:
12.1 — Initial contact

12.2 — Response timeframe
olympus88 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receiving all required information.
12.3 — Escalation
Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction through the initial process, Users may request escalation to a senior review. olympus88 decisions following senior review are final in respect of Platform-level resolution.
12.4 — Governing law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which olympus88 operates. Users agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the complaints procedure above.
Suspension & Termination
olympus88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
- Abuse of promotions or engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period as determined by the Platform's internal policy.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the User or a third-party referal to a self-exclusion scheme.
Upon termination, any real-money balance net of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC and anti-fraud review completion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting olympus88 through the official support channel. Closure requests involving self-exclusion will be treated as a responsible-gambling referal and actioned with priority.
General Provisions
14.1 — Entire agreement
